The room was nice. The restaurants were very good. The casino needs an upgrade. For the cost of the rooms we were satisfied overall. We didn't expect Vegas so we were happy with our stay. Especially since there weren't children running around every where like we see in Vegas this time of year.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. Shower head was a little odd -- was a big shower head and you had to turn it towards the wall when you turned the water on to adjust the temperature. Towels were fluffy. Cleaning lady was so sweet and accomadating (we didn't have daily cleaning but she checked to make sure if we needed anything -- towels, coffee pods, etc.). Dog Friendly room so floor was tile. It was a very nice stay. Place to take dog outside was nice.

Great to have free parking on-site. Room was generaly good, large & tidy. Pool very refreshing after a long car ride, although pool side service could be a little more conscientious & visible! Great selection of F&B outlets through the day & night.

•The staff was very nice and courteous. •Everything was very clean and neat. •The location with all the facilities and accommodations was great. Enjoyed the food court in the casino and other restaurants around. • The overall view from the hotel and walkway was nice.

The hotel was nice. Security was very helpful, nice, and approachable. The pool area and bar was top notch. The front desk staff was above average; they were knowledgeable about the area and events, however, 1 out of 4 staff members presented a negative presentation when approached. Did their job, but seemed bothered while doing it. The other 3/4 where great. I would highly recommend a stay at Harrah's. I plan to be back
